I suggest you either purchase a router with a content filter such as Sonicwall TZ or TZ OR subscribe to a lservice such as www. While users can find their way around OpenDNS if they are technically inclined, it is free and it works really well.
The router based solution on the other hand does cost money but it does the job of keeping people out of sites based on category. I would try the same line:. Office Office Exchange Server.
