If JDownloader is running, it should automatically detect all the files that you want to download.

Click on "Add New Links" in the bottom left corner, then enter or paste the the links, URLs or anything else you might want to download from there. You can then change any settings you might like to change, like the download folder, and then press "Continue". This will show a dialogue with advanced settings just like when you click on the button in the bottom left corner.

This will start downloading all of the files you have added to the LinkGrabber. If you only want to download a particular file or files, select those links, right-click on them, and then choose "Start Downloads".
